RAL Tier1 Operations Report for 23rd July 2018
| Review of Issues during the week 16th July to the 23rd July 2018.

- A relatively quiet week incident wise in the world of Tier-1. The main focus has been on preparing for the upcoming power testing that is being undertaken on the 24th, 25th and 26th. One notable issue this week was IPv6 connectivity failing offsite – both routes via the RAL core and the ‘bypass’ were impacted. The response from Networks were that they had made some changes to the ports on rtr-6 as the backup link was taking preference. They also did an emergency reboot of rtr-3 to try to resolve the issue.
