Changes to Operating procedures

• None

Declared Outages in GOC DB

• Tuesday 22nd March: At Risk during Router reboot. Roll-out updated Castor clients on WNs.

Advanced Warning - dates provisional

• Monday 28th March: Castor CMS Upgrade (2.1.10-0)
• Wednesday 30th March: Castor Atlas, LHCb & GEN Upgrade (2.1.10-0)
• Saturday 9th April: Power outage in Atlas Building.

Other Changes

• Fabric:
  • Swap out the older of the pair of SAN switches in the Tier1 Oracle databases for its new replacement. (Requires FTS, LFC, 3D stop).
  • CVMFS Client update across Worker Nodes.
• Database:
  • Re-visit non-Castor database multipathing
• Grid Services:
  • None
• Castor:
  • Change ATLAS castor permissions to prevent users deleting data
• Networks:
  • Firmware updates for central networking components (still to do UKLight & SAR Routers)
