Mon-Wed: Tiju Thu: Gareth

Last Week

  • Gareth: AoD (1.5days), GridPP review, Change Control, Review of Post Mortems, 1 day A/L.
  • John: Prepared CRL update; Looked at patching chkrootkit; Followed up a number of tickets; Extracted Wiki (and documented procedures for this). ESciece dinner.
  • Tiju: AoD(3.5 days), OPN investigation, compiled and configured alpine for dutyadm mail

Changes to Operating procedures

  • Change Control system up and running.

Declared Outages in GOC DB

  • lcgvo0597 17/12 to 31/01 This SL4 VOBOX machine is being replaced by a SL5 VOBOX (lcgvo-alice). Created a long scheduled d/time and then will be removed from GOCDB.
  • Castor & CEs: 21/12. For reboot of disk servers.
