  • Gareth: Line Management reviews, Tracking ongoing disaster management' thread, Footprints incident helpdesk
  • John: Investigated various problems (broken worker nodes, jobs in wait and held states, castoradm ticket and missing alarm etc.) Fixed Mimic reporting two batch servers
  • Tiju: AoD (4 days), Investigated WLCG Nagios

Changes to Operating procedures

  • Footprints Incident Tracking Helpdesk now live for all groups.

Declared Outages in GOC DB

  • CANCELLED! Tuesday 24th: UPS bypass test.
