The meeting will take place on the conference rooms (A 410 room, B 410 room) in the Physics Building.

Imperial 18/04

We are in building 22 on the campus plan, the Physics Dept, Wilson lab. When you arrive, please go directly to W264, which is a small meeting room on the top floor amongst the particle physics group's offices.

If you arrive by car, you'll first need to get a visitor's parking permit to avoid being clamped. This can be issued from the physics department office, T115 (ground floor of the adjacent building, Tolansky, 21 on the plan). Probably the best car park to try is P4 at the top right of the map.

The meeting will be held in the BITLab boardroom (see campus map). The BITLab PA is Linda Paul, who can be contacted on 01895 266506
