FCR Exclusions

Check http://www.hep.ph.ic.ac.uk/~aggarwa/fcr/fcr.html to see any sites which have been excluded from jobs by VOs though the Freedom of Choice Tool (FCR). As Olivier notes this isn't a reason for panic, but do see if your major interest VOs blacklisting you, then it's worth raising the issue with them (or through User:graeme stewart).
