The UKI Testzone is a "mini grid" which is used by the Deployment Team for testing pre-releases of gLite/LCG software.

Services
The Testzone is run jointly by the four Tier 2 regions in the UK with the following core services provided by each.
- General Coordination of the Testzone is in the hands of Fraser Speirs (f.speirs at physics.gla.ac.uk)
- NorthGrid: VOMS run by Alessandra Forti (Alessandra.Forti at manchester.ac.uk)
- SouthGrid: RGMA run by Chris Brew (c.a.j.brew at rl.ac.uk)
- London Tier 2: Resource Broker and BDII run by Olivier van der Aa(o.van-der-aa at imperial.ac.uk)
The Scotgrid Testzone machines have been repurposed as the UKI-ScotGrid-Gla-PPS site, run by User:Graeme_stewart.
