Are you a member of a Regional VO?

TEST: You are listed as a user of one or more of the LondonGrid, NorthGrid, ScotGrid, and SouthGrid VOs (click on the links to see the user lists for each VO).

What is a Regional VO?

For the purposes of getting started quickly, GridPP has set up a number of Regional Virtual Organisations (VOs) that new users can join based on their location in the UK (i.e. the sites to which they geographically are closest).

Why should I join a Regional VO?

The Regional VOs offer new users the chance to test out grid technology without having to create their own VO. You don't have to join one of the Regional VOs to use the grid, but it's a good way to try before you buy (in).
