Operations News

• 2.1.14-2 templates now ready to be rolled out to preprod. 2.1.14-3 has come out - will will first prepare the templates for this new version before upgrading preprod.

Operations Problems

• (22/10/13) Active draining of gdss720 caused ATLAS TM to grind to a halt, causing transfers and SUM tests to fail. We will no longer be actively draining out of hours on 2.1.13-9.
• (24/10/13) ATLAS TM crashed for no apparent reason. Nothing was in the logs.
• 2 files lost on gdss720 when it crashed. Looks like they were in the buffer and not written to disk.
