High Level Schedule
- LHC commissioning appears to be on track and beam injection tests have commenced. Collisions may be next week.
- GRIDPP Review of RAL Tier-1 14 december

Disaster Management
- Multiple RAID Array failures. Likely cause identified. Planning what preparations are needed to
to move back to the EMC units.
- Disk deployment ongoing testing with Viglen. Still problems with hardware, and recently tested solutions have failed acceptance.
Viglen have provided a recovery plan.
Purchasing and Finance
- Disk tender at standstill. Expect to order this week.
- CPU tender at evaluation stage.
- Finalising spend plan.
