Swapped the disk server and half empty pairs of Racks and reworked the power of the Disk server rack to power all the servers off a single power strip.
This has freed up one of the commando sockets for Alistair.

Configured the worker node APCs with the worker node names so we can easily power them off remotely. Also configured a series of increasing 5 second delays for the delayed power-on.
The final configuration of these needs some discusion with regards to cold starts, etc.
