- Gareth: AoD (1 day), Tracking ongoing disaster management' thread, produced metrics, progressed Footprints incident management helpdesk.
- John: AoD (4 days), Looked at with ongoing issues (e.g. transfers problems to PIC), November dump of Wiki.
- Tiju: Looked at RT Incident response extension, Twiki cleanup, Followed up with grid tutorial.
Changes to Operating procedures
- Reminder to set appropriate states when handling GGUS tickets ("In Progress", "Waiting for reply" etc.)
Declared Outages in GOC DB
- 10-Nov Oracle patching and kernel updates on Neptune, Pluto. At Risk for Castor.
- 10-Nov Investigation into fibrechannel switch for Orisa. At Risk for LFC & FTS.
- 11-Nov Oracle patching and kernel updates. At Risk for 3D (Ogma, Lugh, LHCb-lfc)
- 11-Nov Kernel updates on batch01 and CEs. At Risk for all CEs.
