This is a core operations team activity.
The activity consists of:
1. Maintaining a rota to ensure that each week there is a member of the ROD team following up on dashboard alarms.
2. Ensuring that problems faced in the Regional Operations activity are followed up.
3. Reviewing the ROD team performance against counterparts in other NGIs.
4. Escalating concerns within the ROD team to the NGI or EGI management.
