Crib notes for the rebuild of svr031 at Glasgow

This box needs to provide the following resources:

Node Rebuilding
- Central database of "stuff" for nodes (sqlite)
- tftp
- dhcpd
- Kickstart configs
- APC power commands
Package / distro Mirroring - See list of Glasgow Mirrors
- mirror script (rsync / lftp)
- apache
monitoring / documentation
- ganglia (The CVOS supplied ones in /slave seem to be heavily based on SLES not RHEL - or at least the startup script begins:
