Expiration Mode

Expiration Mode is a way for an SRM to advertise how it cleans up the storage space. This is the modernised version of the SRM 1.1 volatile and durable and permanent, the way they were supposed to mean in the protocol definition (and unlike the WLCG reinterpretation from the Mumbai workshop).
