DPM storage availability monitoring

The graphs below show the status of storage resources as reported by SAM for sites with a DPM SE supporting the ops VO. The system looks at the SE and SRM tests and adds up how many times each test passed and how many times it failed each day. The script then calculates the percentage that passed for each day. The greener the square, the higher the pass rate.
