Work with ATLAS to eliminate remaining atlasScratchDisk hardware ongoing - down to 4 ATLAS files.
Initial deployment of SL7/Aquilon Tape servers (lcgcts22)

Continue rollout of SL7/Aquilon tape servers
Continue testing and write implementation plan for the replacement of the Facilities headnodes with the 'new' hardware
