The GridPP Wiki uses the GridSiteWiki (http://www.gridsite.org/gridsitewiki/) software developed by GridPP from the MediaWiki (http://www.mediawiki.org/) system. Where MediaWiki uses usernames and passwords, GridSiteWiki uses X.509 certificates, issued by the UK e-Science CA and others. These are the same credentials used to access the Grid itself.
