WARRANTY

. 36 months warranty on all components

These systems, additional disks and controllers come with a 3 year warranty
from date of shipment.

. Return to manufacturer warranty

Faulty system or components will be replaced within 2 days.

Spare base systems and option systems (with controller and 40Gb disk) will
be held as spares to allow replacement within two days following diagnosis
of hardware failure. Streamline operate a web based fault reporting system.
In response to a failure report, Streamline engineers will contact the
customer and provide system diagnostic assistance or if possible can log in
and test the system. Streamline have a Cluster Monitoring tool, CMA which
monitors our systems. This product has many routines which may be
incorporated into the system build to assist with diagnostics.

Following confirmation of a hardware failure, the universities will ship the
faulty systems back to streamline and an advanced spare will be shipped as
replacement. Streamline will require a list of delivery addresses and
support contacts at each of the University in order to verify the validity
of warranty requests.

. Enhancements to the above basic warranty package

Streamline CMA Cluster management server and software can be supplied as an
option to each site to assist with system management however on smaller
clusters this technology may be more than is generally required.
