Changes to testbed from v1_4_8

NB. The configurations for EDG v1_4_9 and 1_4_10 contained errors and were not widely deployed.

Manual changes on LCFG Server

Changes to site-cfg.h:
- Change TOP_GIIS_HOSTNAME to gppinfo6.gridpp.rl.ac.uk and TOP_GIIS to edgapp
- Change both UI_RESBROKER and UI_LOGBOOK to either gm03.hep.ph.ic.ac.uk or ccedgli01.in2p3.fr.
- Update EDG Version and Installation Date.

Automatic changes in latest EDG Release

New rpm installed on all nodes: j2sdk-1.4.1-fcs/i586
rpm installed on NM nodes: edg-netconf-1.1.0-3
Information on ITeam and WPSix VO's updated in rc-cfg.h

Manual steps after updating client node profiles

On all LCFG Client nodes: /etc/obj/updaterpms run
On CE: /sbin/service globus-mds restart

On SE:

In each subdirectory /opt/edg/etc/wpsix and /opt/edg/etc/iteam rm export_catalogue rm import_catalogue rm local_file_catalogue rm stage_request_catalogue
