As part of LCG you should be a member of LCG-ROLLOUT
As part of the UK GridPP deployment effort your primary support contact will be through the Regional Operations Centre at RAL. The primary means of contact with them, and as a shared community of other GridPP sites in the UK is through subscription to the TB-SUPPORT mailing list.
