How do I reset the eth0 driver in LCFG?

The default eth0 driver for LCFG is eepro100. To reset this to a more sensible driver do:

• add the following line in the node config file:
  +hardware.mod_eth0 alias eth0 e1000
  AFTER redhat73-cfg.h is included
• OR add the line
  #define NIC_MODULE e1000
  BEFORE redhat73-cfg.h is included

where e1000 is replaced by whatever your driver really is.
