Hi Glenn,

I've been reviewing BaBar's requests for Tier 2 resources and I don’t think we have the manpower to use it as we would like. So I propose reducing the Tier 2 CPU to 600 from 1600 (we will need the 600 at Manchester for basic skimming) and the Tier 2 disk from 40 to 30TB immediately. We will continue to need the RAL Tier 1 resources.
