Logistics:
We will use one of the 'original' AG rooms since these are accessible by both AG and VRVS. It is not possible for anyone to book the 'original' AG rooms - it is
a case of turning up on a first-come first-served basis, although the
rooms are not heavily used. For this reason I suggest we try the rooms in
the following order:
I will connect at 1pm and try out each of those rooms in order. If I find one which is free then I will 'occupy' it and send an email to the UB list. In the unlikely event that they are all occupied then I suggest we meet in the University of Sheffield virtual venue and VRVS users ring in to the freeconference.com teleconference system prior to 14:00 UK time. The instructions are:
(1) Manchester and telephone users should ring in after 13:30 to 001-603-236-0060 (try using telediscount at 2p/minute by ringing 0844 4 621 621 first and then following instructions).
(2) Enter the passcode 47437782 followed by the hash key,

So long as everyone uses the same passcode we should all be able to hear each other. If you are the first person to join just stay on the line (this is an ad hoc service).
The CERN switchboard is closed for Christmas! The Manchester telco bridge people should ring in to this as well after 13:00. People are of course also welcome to ring in to this number if they wish.
