This will be a problem for me, since I am running MARS simulations at RAL for UK Neutrino Factory targetry studies (working with Roger Bennett and Rob Edgecock), and need to do so for the foreseeable future. MARS is only installed at specific computing sites (the source code is not available for download like other open-source software), and I only have access to the code available at RAL. I would therefore need access to the RAL front-ends to be able to continue to compile/build MARS programs for UK NuFact code development work. I would also prefer to be able to continue to use qsub to submit batch jobs, although I would migrate to using the Grid if this was the only way. Please let me know if I can be made a "special case" for having access to the RAL front-end when it becomes generally unavailable in February 2008. Regards, John
