Hi,

For LHCb, we would like to have Glenn Patrick and Raja Nandakumar to be 
treated as a special case and have continued access to the computing 
facilities on the Tier-1. We anticipate a need to run debug / special 
jobs on the Tier-1 to trace occasional problems.
