Submit a query

The Grid Operations Support Centre provides a helpdesk for system administrators installing and managing Grid software as well as for all GridPP users who wish to submit a query. Please use the on-line Web form below to submit your query.

Click the Submit Query button to send your request. Your query will be logged in our helpdesk system and you will receive a confirmation email with your query number. Please quote this number in any subsequent communications to assist us in locating your original query quickly.

Be sure to click the submit button only once. A separate query will be entered each time the button is clicked.
