GridPP Deployment: Meetings

This page contains information on deployment meetings. They are arranged in the order that they are most relevant to most people. However, each covers important areas and you may find it useful to look through the linked agendas to all meetings.

UKI Monthly Operations Meeting (TB-SUPPORT)

Who, why and how often?

  • Short, regular monthyl meetings for site administrators and other parties involved in GridPP deployment and EGEE
  • Their aim is to identify issues and allocate effort to resolve them, rather than to attempt to solve problems during the meeting itself.
  • These meetings grew out of the EDG Testbed Support meetings and are evolving into special topic discussions to help system administrators provide better more stable and secure sites

How do I join the meetings?

These meetings are open to anyone wishing to participate. These meetings now take place in VRVS (www.vrvs.org) and you need to have a VRVS account to join. The meeting room will be shown on the agenda page for the meeting. (We used to use Talk2UTime)

Information for some meetings is available via the links below. More recent and future agendas can be found in the UKI SA1 meeting area.
